Shark Cartilage
supplement facts | order

Shark Cartilage A relic of 400 million years, and apparently affected very little by evolution, the shark has outlived the dinosaurs and may in fact be the longest surviving of any of Earth’s creatures. Except for humans, they appear to have few natural enemies, and may have evolved to their biological potential millions of years before mankind appeared on the planet. From research it is apparent that sharks have an amazingly well-developed immune system which protects them from bacteria, viruses and other disease-producing organisms.

Sharks don’t have a bony skeleton, instead they have one made of a softer compound called cartilage. Shark cartilage is heavily touted as a cure for cancer, because supposedly sharks don’t get cancer. Well, in fact sharks do get cancer, including cancer of their cartilage!

While probably not a miracle cure for cancer, shark cartilage supplementation may hold promise for athletes. Shark cartilage has been shown to reduce joint swelling and inflammation. Let’s face it, even if your technique is perfect, you are still placing tremendous stress on the soft tissues of your joints. Painkillers will help null the pain, but most don’t attack the actual cause. Shark cartilage, however, contains various compounds that act as anti-inflammatories.

Each serving of S & K’s Shark Cartilage supplement contains 1,000mg of this important joint therapeutic.
